This past weekend we went up to June Mountain for a mini honeymoon with some friends. It was awesome!! Most of our time up there was spent on the lake where we had our perfect little camping spot. I took a ton of photos which I will share later in the week along with some funny stories. For now though, I wanted to show you what breakfast was like camping.
We all know that I'm completely addicted to my fruit ice cream in the morning. Well unfortunately we didn't have the means to make ice cream on the go, but honestly to me, there is nothing better than fresh fruit in the morning while camping. Especially when it's hot out, fresh ripe strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and peaches are so refreshing. We also had mangos which I didn't get any photos of, but they were to die for. Fresh fruit is really easy to take camping as long as you have a cooler with ice to put it in. I would also keep meats and fish in a separate cooler from the fruit just to make sure nothing is cross contaminated. The fruit should last for a good two to three days, that is, if it isn't eaten first.
I'm not really a fan of heavy breakfasts, so this was perfect for me while camping. I wish I had some left right now!

Big news! My newsletter will be launching this Thursday the 6th. I had to push the launch date back a couple of days because we were out of town and my schedule has been insane! Seriously, what's new?
I also want to make sure everything is perfect when it goes live which is also why it's launching it on this Thursday. So exciting! This is the next big step Bohemian Kate and I'm really looking forward to sharing more of my daily life and tips with you, my lovely readers.
Also, I'm including a free ebook with the sign up, My Complete Journey to Natural Beauty and Wellness. This ebook includes part four of that series which is not on this blog and my favorite most awesome tips to get going on your own natural beauty and wellness transformation.
Speaking of natural beauty... it's getting late and I need to get my beauty sleep ;) Until next time...
xoxo...Kate
