I'm so excited to share with you part two of my favorite fashion icons from the 60s. The list goes on and from the likes of it, I'll probably have to make a part three! There are so many icons that I love, especially some of the lesser known names that had such amazing style back in the day.
Talitha Getty was an actress, but was better known as a fashion icon in the swinging 60s. I absolutely love her bohemian look that was inspired by her time in Marrakesh.
Jean Shrimpton was one of the first supermodels in the 1960s. She has such an iconic 60s look. I love her hair and heavily mascaraed eyelashes that were so popular back then.
Jackio O...need I say more? She is the epitome of early 60s fashion. She always looks so classic and put together. I absolutely love her iconic glasses in the second photo.
Bridget Bardot! I love, love, love her bombshell hair with the long bangs. I think I want to do something like that for my wedding...we'll see!
Francoise Hardy is a less known 60s icon, but I love her look. She is a french singer who became famous in the 60s. What I love about her look is that it's more modest, but still completely chic and modern. I really like her makeup in the second photo and the glasses with the trench coat in the first. So inspiring!
Hmm, I may have to do a part three because there are still some names I left out that are so essential to this list. In the meantime, I hope I've inspired your inner sixties bombshell with these lovely ladies!
